The WorldCEM’25 – The 2025 World Conference on Economics and Management, to be held at University of Aveiro, Aveiro, Portugal, 16-18 October 2025, is a global forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, results, experiences and concerns in the several perspectives of economics and Management.

Submitted papers should be related with one or more of the main themes proposed for the Conference: Macroeconomics and Economic Policy; Microeconomics and Market Behavior; Financial Markets and Investment; Business Strategy and Corporate Governance; Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Marketing and Consumer; Research; Operations and Supply Chain Management; Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior; Sustainability and Environmental Economics; Data Science and AI in Business and Economics; Public Sector and Non-Profit Management; and International Business and Trade.

Papers written in English and accepted and registered will be published in a book of the Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics series, will be submitted for indexation by Scopus, WoS, Google Scholar, among others, and will be available in the SpringerLink Digital Library.
