On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I warmly welcome you to the World Summit on Food Science and Nutrition (WSFSN-2024), a prestigious conference in the charming city of Bern, Switzerland, from October 14-16, 2024. Bern, the capital of Switzerland, is one of the most attractive and historically important places in Europe.
