This Data Workshop is part of the RADECS international conference, which is held once a year in Europe since 1989, covering the latest progress in the field of radiation effects on electronic, optoelectronic devices and systems and their behaviour and reliability under ionizing high energy radiation. RADECS 2025 is hosted by KU Leuven, with the support of the RADECS Association. This conference aims at bringing together scientists and industry from space, aviation, ground applications and accelerators and at the same time industrial exhibitors. The Data Workshop is a part of the technical program which also features 4 days of oral and poster technical sessions and an industrial exhibition.

RADECS Data Workshop is technically sponsored by IEEE. The proceedings  of this event are likely to be listed in  prestigious databases such as Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), Ei Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, and many others.
