The ISSE 2024 conference will bring together education researchers to promote a pan-continental conversation on critical issues pertaining to learning, teaching, design and development in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education. Internationally, STEM education has been identified as an essential area for growth at the K-16 levels. At the same time, issues of democratization, equity, power and access, including anti-colonizing and decolonizing efforts in public education, are also now central concerns in STEM education.
