CALL FOR PAPERS : Authors are invited to submit articles on topics falling within the scopes of the conference. Extended abstracts of no more than Five pages should be submitted as soon as possible. Extended abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusion of what will be presented. The conference’s working language will be English. Mini-exhibition spaces will be available for organizations wishing to exhibit hardware, software, products, services and literature related to the conference’s themes. Also, persons wishing to organize a session or mini-symposium consisting of one or more technical sessions are solicited. Each session contains five 25-minutes slots. Articles must be presented in the conference to be illegible for publication in proceedings or journal special issues.
