8th International Conference on Energy & Meteorology (ICEM 2025)
The International Conference on Energy & Meteorology (ICEM) returns for its 8th edition in 2025 with the theme: “Contributing to the Net Zero Emission Target”.
At ICEM 2025, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the latest advancements in energy and meteorology. The carefully crafted program will cover key topics such as meteorological and energy data, forecasts across all time horizons, data post-processing, visualization, and delivery, including the latest innovations in AI—essential tools for enabling a timely and effective energy transformation while ensuring system reliability and resilience.
For instance, while the shift to renewables is crucial for a carbon-free energy sector, it also increases the sector’s exposure to weather and climate events. Developing and implementing actionable weather and climate information requires close collaboration between all stakeholders—from weather and climate scientists to energy experts—with the essential support of communication specialists.
The purpose of ICEM 2025 is to provide a dedicated forum where scientists, engineers, economists, policymakers, social scientists, and other specialists involved in the research and implementation of weather and climate solutions for the energy sector can come together. This forum will allow discussions on recent research findings and emerging practices, spanning from operational activities to long-term investment planning and policymaking. Attendees will range from C-level executives and investors to young startup founders, with strong encouragement for participation from graduate and postgraduate students.
